New Life Computer Services, LLC offers four service models.  Please choose one that fits your needs.

1. Managed Service Contract (1-Year Term)

Contract Type: 1-Year TERM

Payment Terms: $1,350 per month, billed monthly.

Services Provided:

* Onsite support services: Minimum 10 hours per month. Remote support services, including user, email, server, and network administration. Server and Network maintenance, including a server backup solution (excludes hardware).Admins have access to ServiceDesk ticketing system for submitting service tickets.

IT Consultation, expert advice for projects, upgrades, hardware, software and service contracts.

2.Managed Service Contract (Month to Month)

Contract Type: Month-to-Month

Payment Terms: $1,400 per month, billed monthly.

Cancellation policy: Either party may cancel the contract with 30 days’ written notice.

Services Provided:

  • All services detailed in the “1-Year Term Contract” will be provided.

3.Managed Service Contract (Hourly Rate per request)

Contract Type: Hourly Rate (As Needed Basis)

Payment Terms: $120 per hour (Business Hours), $130 per hour (After Hours).

Services Provided:

  • Onsite IT Support provided on a per-request basis. Admins have access to ServiceDesk ticketing system to request onsite visits.

4.Managed Service Contract (Remote Support only)

Contract Type: Hourly Rate (Remote Support Only)

Payment Terms: $75 per hour.

Services Provided:

  • Remote IT Support provided using remote desktop tools over the internet. Admin access to ServiceDesk ticketing system for remote support requests.

  • Billed hourly with a minimum charge of 1 hour; after the first hour, billing will be in 15-minute increments.
